What it's all about? ⭐

At Klar, we want to build a partner network that uses our platform for home improvement products. We need your help to develop this platform. 

Home improvement professionals rely on traditional quotes from suppliers on the products they install for their clients, we want to change that.

Today, Klar is selling windows and doors online on a digital platform where you can order your home improvement products directly. We already have success as a direct-to-consumer platform, and we want to expand that success in a business-to-business sphere. Our goal is to build a partner network of home improvement professionals that use our platform to increase the profitability of their businesses. We need you as our Partner Development Lead to build and develop this network and the platform that supports it!

We are looking for a person with experience in building and maintaining an active partner network, where businesses are trained to work on a digital platform.

For today the tasks in your to-do lists are as follows 💯

  • Creating a strategy for finding and converting home improvement professionals into KlarPro partners
  • Setting up KPI’s for partners and the KlarPro department
  • Improving the KlarPro platform to fit the users’ needs
  • Getting proof of concept for the platform

Once we arrive at a proof of concept, your tasks will be 🏆

  • Maintaining the partner network
  • Finding new partners
  • Building an in-house team of partner managers

One thing that will however never change, is that you are developing and improving our digital platform. Right now our KlarPro platform is on the MVP stage. Our product at Klar is not the windows and doors that we sell, it is the digital platform that they are sold on.

The skillset we are looking for?

The most important prerequisite to the role is to have proven success & track record in partnership lead, senior account manager, business/ partnership manager, or similar role.

As a starting point, we want to target a segment of small businesses in the home improvement industry.

We are a home improvement startup with a tech product - our digital platform for selling specialized home improvement products. Klar is today disrupting the old-school way of buying windows & doors in Scandinavia, but this will only be the start.

Our headquarters are based in Tartu, Estonia, but you will be working from our cosy danish office in Valby, which you will be sharing with a team of 11 cool colleagues.

Our culture is light and informal and we’re always open and adaptable – that is of course needed in a startup environment, but it also means you will be able to influence how the work environment is at the office. We are aiming for constant growth, both in sales and definitely culture.
